The 3+ system

A simple operating system for teams that need results: Focus, Quality, Delivery — plus cadence and measurement.

Why it works

Most teams fail execution for one of three reasons: too many priorities, weak quality discipline, or inconsistent delivery. 3+ fixes this by making trade-offs explicit and building a weekly rhythm that keeps pressure productive.

Focus

Quality

  • Fix root causes (process, ownership, interfaces)
  • Build reliability: consistent inputs, consistent outputs

Delivery

  • Ship in small, usable increments
  • Make progress visible (owners, timelines, definitions)
  • Learn fast: feedback loops and iteration

The “+”

  • Cadence: weekly rhythm that forces decisions
  • KPIs: a small dashboard that reflects reality
  • Decision log: “who decided what and why”
